The Challenge
The tank showed the typical accumulation of iron and manganese oxides, with associated biofilm, on all interior tank surfaces.
The contract required pre-cleaning power washing, enhanced chemical cleaning, and post disinfection. Pantonite was the chosen enhanced cleaning product.
The Solution & Results
Although post cleaning disinfection is not required with the bactericidal abilities of, the contract called for a final Sodium Hypochlorite application.
